Your Questions, Answered

  • We roast our coffee ourselves at a separate facility here in town. While it’s not done on-site, every roast is crafted by us, from bean to flavor profile.

  • We offer a curated selection of coffees, from bright single origins to a rich, comforting house blend:

    • La Lomita (Colombia) — crisp and balanced, with notes of green apple, candied orange, and black tea

    • West Arsi (Ethiopia, Washed) — floral and bright, with jasmine, sweet white grape, and ripe plum

    • Lasso Blend (Mexico + Brazil) — smooth and comforting, with notes of baker’s chocolate, honey, and graham cracker

Our lineup rotates, but we always focus on clean, expressive coffees that highlight origin and flavor.
